Zumba is the latest aerobic dance craze sweeping the country! Cressida is currently naming her class Salsacise when I July she is taking the Zumba teachers' qualification. Salsacise will then be called Zumba! Both classes are similar - a combo of Latin steps from Salsa, Reggaeton, Merengue, Cha Cha etc. It's more fun than a plain aerobics class as we combine dance!
Salsa is from Cuba, and again very popular. Learn steps and turns with a partner (you dn't need to bring one). It's smooth and sultry with great music! On a Mon. some people opt to do both Salsacise and Salsa to make a whole night of it!
Cressida has been teaching for many years and is qualified in Aerobics and Salsa.
