  • fitness, confidence and fun - I have been with Frontline for 2 years and have enjoyed every moment!, the training is very well structured to accomodate all ages and abilities ( I am 55 this year) we have a good mix of genders and the tuition is both group based and one to one, It is both physical and fun and will greatly improve your fitness and self confidence, I cannot recommend it highly enough, come and join us!

  • Frontline Martial Arts - A very relaxed and friendly club with no stigma over politics .Master Simon Evans who runs the club, teaches in a way that training in Taekwondo can be adaptive to real life situations ,ie self defence on the street ! A most recommened club for young and old. I'm 49!!!!
