Bristl City Cncl Housing Dept - Site's as bad as the housing! Badly designed/maintained disinformation about badly designed/maintained housing & services re. Money better spent if the Dept used it for enforcement of powers it already HAS to reduce noise (and pollution) in/around its housing areas - instead of allowing/worsening situation with heavy traffic/'traffic calming' measures used as race hazards etc. by joyriders By: A J Rhodes on 2/11/2003
