Bristol Cameras - No quibbles with the service. Goods all UK sourced and at excellent prices, even matching another site who were grey importers. Unfortunately their bank caused no end of hassle with an "unmatched" address - ironic that it was the same bank as mine - and I collected a few days later whilst on a nearby business trip. Gave a further discount for my troubles and petrol. Definitely use again

Bristol cameras - Shockingly bad service !Ordered x2 items on line. One week later nothing.Tried to e mail them but they only have oneway order (take your money), have to phone,then they tell me one item isn't in stock,may take weeks no delivery date. I needed this equipment for a wedding so I "wrote" to the m.d informing him of my dissatisfaction and cancelling whole order. Not even an acknowledgement. Avoid !!

bristol cameras - I order all the time from bristol cameras and have done for several years. I have always had reliable service from them so i feel i'd like to say something - If you actually read their site it does say they cannot say if an item is in stock or not (apart from cameras from the look of it) because they order everything in. They've had the same staff for years who have always been helpful.

Poor service - poor customer service. item ordered (lenshood) didn't arrive (probably out of stock) but website said in stock. no news from them and tried to call customer service. they promised to call back but never heard from them again.

Poor customer service - I ordered an item that their website stated was in stock. Despatch was stated to be within 48 hours. Nine days later nothing had arrived. I eventually managed to speak to someone only to be told that the item wasn't in stock and wouldn't be available for another week. No-one had bothered to let me know.

First class service and after srevice. - Some months ago I purchased the Canon S2-IS from them,which was delivered within 2 days.Unfortunately,due to no fault of the company,it developed hot pixels I telephoned Bristol Cameras asking what my position was.Without any hesitation the gentleman told me to return the camera and he would send me out a new unit.I posted camera back on Monday pm and received a new unit Wednesda
