Poor service - poor customer service. item ordered (lenshood) didn't arrive (probably out of stock) but website said in stock. no news from them and tried to call customer service. they promised to call back but never heard from them again.

Poor customer service - I ordered an item that their website stated was in stock. Despatch was stated to be within 48 hours. Nine days later nothing had arrived. I eventually managed to speak to someone only to be told that the item wasn't in stock and wouldn't be available for another week. No-one had bothered to let me know.

First class service and after srevice. - Some months ago I purchased the Canon S2-IS from them,which was delivered within 2 days.Unfortunately,due to no fault of the company,it developed hot pixels I telephoned Bristol Cameras asking what my position was.Without any hesitation the gentleman told me to return the camera and he would send me out a new unit.I posted camera back on Monday pm and received a new unit Wednesda
