A VERY dissatisfied customer! - We bought a used motorhome from Davans in May and have had nothing but poor service by the after-sales team ever since.
The speedo packed up one wk after collecting it. Our phonecalls have been ignored, no-one has kept us informed and having finally been told it's been fixed, we broke down the very next day on our way on holiday with our 3 yr old granchild. Appalling! By: Mr & Mrs T, Bristol on 14/8/2007
Poor Customer Service - I recently had the misfortune to go on holiday in a caravan supplied by Davan Caravans. The tap leaked continuously all over the floor when ever it was turned on. The ladder for the bunk bed was broken. The seperation door fell on my youngest child as that was broken. The hitch lock didn't work,the blinds didn't stay down,the list goes on and on.
