No Call Out Charge! - As promised, my fridge was looked at on the same day I called - within 2 hours. Cheerful, friendly engineer... who confirmed my fridge had packed up.
Whilst I cannot comment on any work carried out, I was impressed with the service I received, and the fact I didn't have to pay a call out charge only to be told my fridge was beyond repair.
