Negative Reviews:

Our main goal is to be useful to users of Bristol online : directory of Bristol websites. We think it is useful for users to read about others' experiences, bad as well as the good. But, negative reviews must be written in a factual way so that the people who read them can draw their own conclusions, rather than taking someone else's word for it. So:

• Negative reviews must describe the events that took place that caused the bad experience without any editorial comments ie "Just the facts."
• Derogatory adjectives, such as "was rude" or "work was shoddy" are not very useful and will not be accepted. Instead give a description of what happened that caused you to have a bad experience.
• Opinions, such as "worst xxxxx I've ever been to!" are not okay. Instead just describe what happened and leave it to the reader to form an opinion.
• Negative reviews must be based on the first-hand experience of the reviewer.
• We will not accept negative reviews from people who have worked at the business or organisation being reviewed.
