Boxing at The Sweatbox - I had my first adult boxing class last Friday at the Sweatbox. I was made to feel welcome and really enjoyed it. John the coach was really good. It was exhausting but I will definately be turning up next week. Cheers Mark :)

Boxing at the Sweatbox - I have trained with three different boxing coaches and John has added a new dimension to my boxing ability. He has made me more evasive and increased my understanding of ringcraft. He has a vast knowledge left to teach me.

Self -defence training - I have been attending self defence training at Fit2box for the last 4 weeks. John Conway is an excellent trainer, patient and very skilled. I would strongly recommend his classes!

Boxing - Fantastic friendly trainers, passing on a wealth of experience to teach you the skills to box properly. Highly recommend it to anybody who wants to learn to box or just get fit. In a short space of time, the personal lessons have taught me how to box to a high standard!! Come and give it a go!!

ultimate boxing experience - if you want instruction from one of the most encouraging patient and technical coaches this is the place for you. my son has been brought from being a complete novice to a competant boxer in a very short space of time.i cannot recommend highly enough.
