Catrin - I bought a printer which, after a few months of use failed to work properly and 10 months later I have still not had the problem resolved. It has now been with them for over 5 weeks and I am still waiting for it to be returned in working order. Despite speaking to the head office they would not replace the printer, although this is the second time it has been taken away for mending this problem.

Ring to Confirm your order - I have ordered equipment from Novatech (Plymouth) for years without problems they had a good return service too when needed. But Novatech Portishead in early 2007 has problems with items not being there when the confirmation email says they should be. 3 out of the 6 orders I raised recently were not there when I visited. I suggest you ring them to confirm until they sort this out.
