completely incompetent! - I gave my laptop for a repair and was told that it would take 10 days to fix it. Now it has been a month, and there is no progress yet, but nonetheless, they are still claiming that they can fix it. Then I asked to copy some files from my hard drive to my flash drive. As a result, my flash drive shows as it has not been formatted. Thank God, there was nothing on it! By: A. Gorodnik on 18/8/2008
