Bristol Corinthian Yacht Club is based on Cheddar Reservoir in Somerset. It is recognised as one of the foremost Sailing Clubs in South West England. It’s a great place to sail or windsurf with sparkling clear mineral water and a friendly, informal club.

Located at one end of the longest village green in England, the sailing club is idyllically set. The club runs RYA dinghy sailing courses for beginners upwards.

The club began in 1955 at Sugar Loaf Beach in Portishead to promote the sport of sailing on the Bristol Channel. More than 50 years on we have grown from humble beginnings to one of the leading coastal sailing clubs in the South West.

Clevedon Sailing Club is situated on the Marine Parade along the main Clevedon sea front. Sailing takes place in the bay which is part of the Bristol channel. Clevedon is a very friendly club and supports all water sports, with emphasis on Dinghy and Cruiser sailing.

The club is situated at Oldbury-On-Severn, South Gloucestershire and is on the east bank of the Severn estuary. It offers members: Dinghy, Windsurfing and Cruiser sailing as well as Sail Training & Social activities.

We are a small and friendly club offering sailing opportunities on the tidal waters of the fascinating river Severn. Located within the historic Lydney Docks, the club offers a clubhouse, boat storage and its own slip for access to the Severn.

Founded in 1978, the Shirehampton Sailing Club is based on the river Avon, West of Bristol. Over the years, the club has developed into a friendly club. The main activities are dinghy cruising and racing.

The Association is non profit-making, and arranges a number of weekends and weeks each year when cruising yachts are chartered according to the wishes of members. Meets on board the barge "Sabrina 6" (Clubhouse of the Bristol Cruising Club), Redcliffe Backs, Bristol (moored next to Redcliffe Bridge), on the second Monday of each month at 8 pm.
