1.1 You will be able to access most areas of this Website without registering your email address with us. Certain areas of this Website are only open to you if you register.
1.2 We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Website. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions after we have given notice, you should not continue to use this Website.
2.1 By ordering via our online ordering process you are deemed to place an order with us. As part of our ordering process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors or to cancel the order. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order - usually by modification to the relevant records in our database. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.2.3 We may refuse to accept an order: (a) where goods are not available; (b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment; (c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; (d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
2.4 Our online ordering process includes a payment facility which is managed by our payment processor PayPal whose website is at www.paypal.com. If you have any queries about a payment you have made in respect of a particular transaction, you can use the PayPal transaction identifier to identify that transaction.
3.1 Our prices are not VAT-able as we are currently not required to be registered for VAT.
3.2 None of our products require packing, carriage, insurance or other similar charges but if circumstances arise in which such charges are to be made, the appropriate rates will be set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.
3.3 Our prices are reviewed periodically and the next review will be on 01/04/2013.
4.1 If you wish to cancel your order: (a) you can notify us by email to hello@bristol-online.com before we have dispatched your order to you; or (b) where the order has already been dispatched to you, by notifying us in accordance with clauses 4.2 and 4.3 below.
4.2 You can cancel an order you have made with us for any reason at any time within 3 days of despatch for a full refund; or within 14 days of despatch for a 50% refund.
4.3 To cancel an order you must send an email to hello@bristol-online.com containing enough information for us to identify your order, the date of your order and the value of your order. The date of effective cancellation will be the date you send your cancellation email as recorded in the email message headers generated by the ISPs involved in delivery of the email.
4.4 Upon receipt of your cancellation we will give you a refund of the amount paid within 5 working days in the case of refunds handled by our payment processor PayPal, and 14 workings days in the case of a cheque delivered by 2nd class post.
4.5 The provisions of clauses 4.1 - 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights.
5.1 You are permitted to print and download extracts from this Website for your own use on the following basis: (a) no documents or related graphics on this Website are modified in any way; (b) no graphics on this Website are used separately from accompanying text; and (c) any of our copyright and trade mark notices and this permission notice appear in all copies.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by us or our licensors.
